Worst Banking app ever. It constantly gives an error on the endorsement part. I can’t ever deposit my check’s from home. Bring back the old app. It was much better.

I’ve been traveling to Europe mostly Holland, but also Belgian and Israel. Banks in Europe are locked up and closed and appointments are needed, set days in advance to do anything. 
I’ve needed help several times for banking purposes.  Every time I’ve called I’ve talked to friendly, professional representatives.  
In Europe this personal service is not an option.  I love your people and their kindness!  I hope to always bank with you!

I’m scared EFCU will one day be gobbled up by a cold silent big bank.  I hope that never happens!

Elko Federal Credit Union is the best when it comes to taking care of all my banking needs. I’m very thankful I choose them. I’m 83 and have gotten such wonderful help from everyone. Thanks EFCU, your support is awesome…Virginia Huff

I use the mobile deposit and there was a problem when the app first went live. The Credit Union was able to communicate with the online banking company, adjust settings and the problem was fixed. 

This app has many more features than the Credit Union’s old app and is actually very user friendly.
