I have submitted a couple requests to update the information through the App, but I have seen any changes. Need our information to match what is required for our lodge. ### 4/5 — Freeway Numbers *2021-12-20, version 1.1* This app seems to work pretty well, but when planning a big trip, I have to really zoom in to see any freeway numbers. In it’s version I would still need to go to others sources for complete info. Could you add the phone numbers and hours of operation. Adding a lodges along a route option would be great and including all lodges with a toggle to select with or without parking. It would be nice to know if there is a lodge near by when staying another non Elks RV park. ### 2/5 — Missing quite a few. *2021-05-30, version 1.0* This app is missing lots of elks lodges that have camping, which makes it not a good source. I tried to add the lodge we just stayed at and there is no way to do that. ### 2/5 — A good start *2021-05-15, version 1.0* Missing many lodge locations and points have no contact information (phone, email, etc). Would easily convert to Pro/Paid if people could access/add photos/reviews. See RV Village list of Elks RV parking. See Campendium for a great example of ability to add photos/reviews. I travel often using Elks lodges so a paid app would be worth it for me. Suggest paid app to be able to leave/read reviews or view/add photos. Would also recommend cell service strength and cost be noted along with what parking surface and amenities offered. ### 4/5 — Good but not all inclusive *2020-07-10, version 1.0* Nice looking app with the essentials, but plenty of room for growth. My local Lodge (#1903 in Dover, Delaware which has a few spots available) isn’t on the map, and there’s nowhere to contact the author to have it added. Also, using Apple Maps will get you there, but I’d rather have the ability to add a satellite layer, so I can spot the RV areas from an overhead view to help decide how to access them. The App worked in the Morning and didn’t at 4 in the afternoon. About the only useful info is the phone numbers to each lodge. We have made dozens of requests to get our lodge info updated and no response from this app. Pricing for most lodges is from 10 years ago. Pro tip - go to Elks.org look up the lodge you want to visit and read the lodges facility page for the most up to date info. ### 1/5 — Woefully incomplete *2021-03-25, version 1.0* The first for Lodge is that I looked up in this app all have RV parking. I know because I have stayed at all four of them. This app does not list any of them. Nice to have a map overview and then zoom in to each lodge . Is there room to improve, sure, but it is quick and easy to help guide our travels . It had a server problem for a couple days but he was on it and got us up and RVing. Currently only available for iPhones, I find myself running searches for Android users to help them find a place to stay with their RVs. The map is the key: when planning a trip, being able to see a map with Elks Lodge overnight options is the perfect tool. I’m honestly surprised to see any poor reviews of this product because it’s just incredibly useful and makes me extra glad to be an iOS user! Any issues with needing more information are really on the lodges, not on the app: the developer can’t include information the lodges don’t provide! But now with the new update we’re able to submit missing or old information. Now this app will only be as good as the people using it. OUTSTANDING APP **Developer response:** We just posted an update that lets you add new lodges or suggest changes for existing lodges. Hopefully this makes the experience better.
