Was für ein Witz! ### 1/5 — Grundprinzip gut, umsetzung eine Katastrophe *2025-05-15* Vor 2 Jahren hab ich einige male von Ella die E-Roller benutzt was auch relativ okay war - die Roller sind spaßig und praktisch. Aber warum wurde mein Führerschein jetzt nicht mehr erkannt? Bei allen anderen Anbieter klappt es reibungslos aber bei ella muss ich mein Führerschein wieder registrieren lassen was 1 Werktag dauert (was früher auch sehr lange gedauert hat) und darauf soll ich noch eine pauschale von 5€ zahlen? Absolute Frechheit. Ich brauchte den E-Roller heute, und nicht am nächsten Tag. ### 5/5 — Hat echt Spaß gemacht, mach ich viel öfter jetzt *2024-06-27* Cool! ### 3/5 — Kreditkarte *2023-03-04* Es nützt mir relativ wenig wenn ich nur die Möglichkeit habe mit der Kreditkarte zu zahlen! ### 2/5 — Wenn man die Großen schlecht kopiert *2022-10-17* Als car2go in Düsseldorf&Co angefangen hatte, gab es Kooperationen mit der Stadt. Und so war es möglich, nahezu überall das Fahrzeug abzustellen. Eddy dann mit den E-Rollern genauso. Ella ist dahingehend leider eine Katastrophe. Man kann faktisch nirgendwo den Roller abstellen und sowohl die Stadt als auch Ella verdienen sich daran eine goldene Nase. Seither nutze ich die Roller nicht mehr und werde mich wohl abmelden. Schade, aber ein innovativ Produkt für „Innovation City“ Bottrop sieht anders aus und ist mehr als nur eine App und etwas IoT. ### 1/5 — Schlecht *2022-09-29* Bevor man starten kann, wird der Führerschein gecheckt. Ich besitze seit 2006 eine Gülitige Fahrerlaubnis. Mein Führerschein wurde aus irgendwelchen Gründen nicht angenommen. Wird auch nicht erklärt wieso dieser abgelehnt wird. Dazu muss man auch noch eine Gebühr von fast 5 Euro zahlen. Nur das der Führerschein gecheckt wird. Nicht zu empfehlen! Schaut lieber nach andere mobile e Scooter. Davon gibt es mehr Auswahl und viel unkomplizierter. ### 1/5 — Zahlungsmittel *2022-08-27* Absolut Schrott warum muss man eine Kreditkarte haben um denn Service zu benutzen Paypal wäre optimal ### 1/5 — Anmeldung nicht möglich. *2022-08-13* Keine Möglichkeit der Anmeldung ### 1/5 — Im Endeffekt pure Abzocke! *2022-08-05* Du darfst nirgendwo mit den Roller stehen ohne das du Strafzettel bekommst. Dafür nimmt die ELE auch noch eine Gebühr von 15€. Also in Raum Gladbeck und Bottrop eine Katastrophe! ### 1/5 — Leider keine ausreichenden Zahlungsmöglichkeiten *2022-08-03* Ich würde gerne die Roller nutzen.
