Now imagine trying to browse through your favorite decor magazine on your phone… It sounds as unbelievable as it is dumb. There is no interactivity and I find it slow compared to others. And don't forget your password! Unlike every other app out there that requires a password, this one has no way for you to reset yours if you forget it. No instructions there, in iTunes, or in the email confirming my subscription. And the instructions in the app itself, which I had to download after having used Newsstand for years, are incorrect. On top of that, none of my older issues are available. I paid for those. How is this acceptable? Please just stop, it’s very annoying. ### 1/5 — Warning - loss of past issues purchased *2024-01-26* This is to advise any subscriber that if subscription is allowed to lapse, you will be locked out of your account and lose access to all past purchases. If you are subscribing as directed by Elle Decor UK, through Apple, Elle Decor UK will not provide assistance. All past issues will not be able to be accessed through one's app and account unless one re-subscribes. This was not always the case; one could previously access past issues purchased over the years through one's account on the app. For long-time subscribers, this is a considerable loss of funds invested, and Elle Decor UK customer service seems not able to comprehend the problem, nor seems willing to investigate, nor is interested in honouring former subscriber's purchases.
