■新刊の自動ダウンロード機能について

重い！とのレビューが多いけど、レビュー自体古いものだったので気にせず定期購読しました。別に普通です。電子版雑誌として問題ない。 Elleが月300円で嬉しいだけです。

エルガールも含め何冊も購入してきました。最新号のお知らせが来たので、購入しましたが、ダウンロードし始めすぐに、再試行になりました。一向にダウンロードできないので、アプリをアンイストールし、再度インストールし直しました。購入した全てがなくなり、さらに最新号のお金もダブルで取られるかんじです。とりあえず、ダウンロードできなかった一冊分の返金をお願いしたいです。

今回ELLE JAPONの電子版を初めて購入しましたが、課金したにもかかわらず、一部ページが読み込まれませんでした。(文字は書かれているのに写真が) 他の雑誌も電子版で購入したことがありますが、こんな経験は初めてです。課金しているのにこれか、と驚きました。改善されることを祈ってます。

普段は雑誌で購入しています。
電子版がどんなものかと思い、試しに2013年9月号をダウンロードしました。
課金後、内容の一部が著作権の都合で表示出来ないとそのページにあり見られませんでした。

電子書籍に明るくないまま購入した結果なので自業自得と言われればそれまでですが、購入前に注意書きのひとつも無いのは不親切だと思います。
しかも他の号と値段が同じ様ですが、それぞれ読めない箇所があって同じ価格？？？
比較購入する気はないですが…。

上以外、記事や写真の見やすさは悪くなかったし、雑誌より安価、携帯しやすいなど利便性も伺えますが、初回の購入で不満があったので星はつけたくありませんが、星ナシには出来ない様なので1コ。

やはり今後も雑誌で購入しようと思います。
