ElleLost is the Italian community to find lost items, missing persons and animals. You post what you lost or found, people nearby see it and contact you in encrypted chat. No need to share phone or email with strangers. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Post a lost or found item in 30 seconds: photo, location, short description. The AI Composer suggests a title and category automatically. - Search lost items near you: list view, heat map clusters, custom radius. - Lost and found animals: register your cat or dog microchip. If they escape, post them in one tap. Whoever finds a registered animal alerts you instantly, anonymously. - Missing persons: forward reports to local authorities (City Hall, Local Police, Carabinieri) through the dedicated panel. - Lost documents: if someone finds your ID we notify you directly. The finder sees only your initials and city. - Listings and Adoptions: integrated marketplace for sale, adoption, requests and exchange of pet accessories and items. Secure checkout with escrow, automatic chat with the seller. PET TAG QR + NFC Generate a custom tag with QR code and your animal's logo to attach to the collar. The finder scans it and contacts you. The chat disappears from the list and you bring it back by typing the password in the search bar. New search in the Chat section: find a conversation by name and unlock the hidden ones when you need them. The search never reveals that a protected chat exists to anyone who does not know the password. Per chat notifications for secret chats: keep them on, mute the sound or block them completely, conversation by conversation. Pets: the alert now really arrives when someone finds your animal and scans its microchip, and from there you can contact the finder right away. A pet reported as missing is published in your own area, and photos are stripped of location data before upload. Proximity radar is now independent from city alerts: keep on only what you need. Tapping a notification opens the right screen: sightings, missing people, groups and Smart Tag scans. The ElleLost Point QR code now opens by simply pointing your camera at it. School books: a purchase completes properly and the seller gets notified. Rewards: the finder is credited even when the case is closed with the QR handover, and receives a notification to choose how to get paid. More security: private chats are readable only by the people in them, reports actually reach moderation, blocking a user is effective, and account deletion works for those who signed up with Apple or Google too.
