## What is Ellevo Mobile?

Ellevo Mobile is a support solution in the use of the Ellevo platform. The user must use the same site and authentication of the Ellevo platform. It is possible to see calls and tasks that are under their responsibility, and can register procedures in calls, actions in tasks, proceed with approvals, see the follow-ups in CRM and respond and send instructions to the other attendants registered in System. It is a solution of use restricted to the customers of the Ellevo platform as support the operations of service.
