It’s the worst navigational app I’ve ever experience by far! It wouldn’t be so bad if the interface would allow IMAPs work with the navigation ! I loose so much time when I baby sit it, I always make sure it doesn’t direct me the wrong way and take me the long way around when you can do a simple u-turn ? Then it will direct you to a short cut when the road doesn’t even connect among all other problems it has. If you like contact me and we can chat about it’s problems? I believe if you can make the interphase work with using IMAP’s then it could very well fixed the problem? At the moment I’m being over charged now by my company and it not worth it ### 1/5 — Elli *2023-12-07* the worst delivery app ### 1/5 — App is a piece of crap *2023-11-30* Clearly the people who develop and update this app do not have a clue on what package delivery entails. We are in peak season and this app lags, freezes and crashes all the time. If a route has more than 300 packages you are unable to optimize a route. Solution provided scan less packages. What? The point of peak season is to make more money. A fellow driver had his app crash in the middle of the route and when he reopened the app all his stops had deleted. He had to unload and rescan 220 packages. Issue seems to only affect IPhone ### 1/5 — Worst update ever *2023-11-18* Can’t search for how many packages I got at a building that usually have multiple packages. Also after delivering I have to click on maps after every drop off to see my next stop. We delivery drivers usually don’t use the routes these apps create. This app should allow me to stay on maps while I’m delivering like the previous app …when I’m on maps using it as a guide to deliver after I deliver the package it switches right back to manifest and I have keep clicking back to maps plz fix that!…if I’m on maps I want to stay on maps not everything I deliver a package it takes me out of maps to go back to manifest …maps should simply stay open when I’m delivering. ### 1/5 — Worst update ever *2023-11-16* Can’t search for how many packages I got at a building that usually have multiple packages. We delivery drivers usually don’t use the routes these apps create ### 1/5 — App does not meet driver needs *2023-11-14* Each update seems to result in losing a function for example the search function no longer works. You can no longer see the list of stops before creating the route you can only see the dot on the map. This keeps you from seeing stops they may affect how you build your route. Multiple packages at a stop do not show consistently. When adding packages to an existing route it does not place them in the proper location. Routes stops incorrectly and does not recognize that there are not connecting roads to get from one place to another. It will have you bypass stops and bring you back to that area 20 stops later. There is no way to permanently fix bad location coordinates. Sends notification to reopen the app and finalize my day multiple times during the day. App needs to allow drivers the ability to add notes pertaining to a delivery within the app. ### 1/5 — This is bad *2023-11-07* This is my first day contracting with a new company making deliveries. They use this app to scan and plan your route. I’ve had to delete this app 3x already and it’s still not working. For work with them you have to pay 40$ every week, also they pay you less than 1.70$ per package, also they call you a independent contractor but you have to work for them 6 days a week mandatory. This is helpful to make sure I get everything scanned in before going out for delivery. The main thing that needs fixed is the route optimization. It still sends you back and forth all over the map without any logical reason. It’s good that I can rearrange the stops myself but it’s annoying to do that several times every day just to avoid wasting time. I would suggest basing the optimization on shortest distance or giving us that option which would almost guarantee no wasted miles. Also, there has been a bridge out for 6 months now and the app has never recognized that. If other navigation apps know it, so can they. It’s nice that they added the shipper icons to the app but they can only be seen when you completely exit navigation so it’s not even helpful when you’re out delivering. They should somehow make the icon visible when I’m trying to find the next package to deliver so it would be even faster. ### 4/5 — Significant Improvement; still needs work *2020-04-24, version 2.3* Let’s start by saying this app is a VAST improvement to the old app. It actually scans ALL barcodes—where it didn’t before. The new routing is an improvement. All this being said...there are a number of problems. 1. The directions need to continue even when the app is in the background. It is very annoying if I take a (hands free) call and the directions stop until I cycle back to the app. 2. The app needs to allow additional addresses to be added to the routing purposes. When “overages” come in, it would be better for everyone if we were allowed to add those stops to the map manually—as well as address that show up in odd places because of a “check address” error. 3. The directions do not always to seem to take the fastest or most direct route.
