Customer support is no help and unresponsive. Get a different baby monitor. ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-03-15, version 1.1.6* First they don’t put installation instructions in the manual, so you have to figure out how to use the clip stand or wall mount. An improper installation could be risky. This app is also poorly made, camera not being connected. I tried the Ellie app and this one as well and neither of them worked. Even after saying connection successful cámara doesn’t appear when I refresh the page. Really disappointed that this is happening. Being away from home and being able to still check on my baby it’s something really comforting for me.
