Im having an issue with Ellipal Titan 2.0. I just updated to the most recent titan2.0 v.4.14.0 firmware and the app is up to date on ios 26.5.2. 

Im trying to send crypto from my wallet to coinbase. But when I scan the unsigned QR data, the wallet says "Please update your hardware, wallet, and App. Then try again". 

Everything is up to date! Help.

I’m having an issue with my ELLIPAL wallet and I’m hoping someone can help.

I’m trying to send Bitcoin from my ELLIPAL wallet to my Kraken account. I’ve completed the transaction process, scanned all the unsigned QR codes with my cold wallet, signed the transaction, and scanned the signed QR codes back into the ELLIPAL app.

However, after completing the QR scan process, the app keeps showing the same error message:

“Please check your network connection and try again.”

I have already tried multiple troubleshooting steps:

* Checked my internet connection
* Switched between Wi-Fi and cellular data
* Restarted the ELLIPAL app
* Tried reconnecting the ELLIPAL app to the Hard wallet
* Recreated the transaction
* Verified the receiving address
* Checked that my wallet/app are updated to its latest version


The issue still occurs at the final step when the app attempts to broadcast the signed transaction.

My concern is that the transaction is being successfully signed on the cold wallet, but the ELLIPAL app is unable to broadcast it to the Bitcoin network.
