Cannot access coin - defective right after first transaction and no support response. *2026-01-05, version 4.9.10* Shortly after setup (following all instructions on the ELLIPAL website) I sent a test transaction of crypto to the wallet and it never became available. The app shows a different address than the cold wallet, witches concerning enough, and despite saying it received the coins, it does not show I have any balance. I am well above the minimum required coins For this test. I emailed ELLIPAL support, and there’s been zero response after 3 days. It is going in the garbage. Thank goodness I only sent a little bit of test coin. FYI, I bought this from the Amazon ELLIPAL page linked directly from ELLIPAL’s website, so if there was any hacking of the hard wallet it appears it must have been done in ELLIPALs own supply chain. ### 1/5 — Lost all my crypto and they won’t help me *2025-11-21, version 4.9.8* My phone had restarted and all my apps were deleted and I had to redownload them. I used the paraphrases that were created when I downloaded the app. I had them written down and stored away in case anything happened. It told me that they were incorrect, even though they were not. Then It recreated my account and LOST all my crypto. I tried contacting customer service and they were absolutely no help. No number you can call. AVOID AT ALM COST. But when I scan the unsigned QR data, the wallet says "Please update your hardware, wallet, and App. Then try again". Everything is up to date! Help. ### 5/5 — Please update App *2026-07-26, version 4.14.0* I’m having an issue with my ELLIPAL wallet and I’m hoping someone can help. I’m trying to send Bitcoin from my ELLIPAL wallet to my Kraken account. I’ve completed the transaction process, scanned all the unsigned QR codes with my cold wallet, signed the transaction, and scanned the signed QR codes back into the ELLIPAL app. However, after completing the QR scan process, the app keeps showing the same error message: “Please check your network connection and try again.” I have already tried multiple troubleshooting steps: * Checked my internet connection * Switched between Wi-Fi and cellular data * Restarted the ELLIPAL app * Tried reconnecting the ELLIPAL app to the Hard wallet * Recreated the transaction * Verified the receiving address * Checked that my wallet/app are updated to its latest version The issue still occurs at the final step when the app attempts to broadcast the signed transaction.
