Every time I open this app it freezes. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again but it still doesn’t work. This app needs a lot of fixing!!! It’s supposed to be a fast go to app while in school but it never works. Very frustrating.

This app comes in handy sometimes, but it keeps crashing EVERY time I click on anything that can be accessed in-app. For example, when I tap on “register for classes,” a feature that I really need this time of year!!! This has been going on all year and has yet to be fixed. I’m starting to wonder if this app was abandoned by its developers?

Seems like a super useful app until it stops working on the first day of classes and you have no idea where you are going. Constantly shuts itself down and stops working. Would love for that to stop happening!!!

Every semester it is the only thing that helps me find my professors, classmates, and where the class is even before my school updates the website. My only issue is a few days into school each semester the app stops working and my classes no matter what. I’ve tried deleting then downloading again. It does not work. But every semester and the beginning of the semester it works great! It shuts off after I do not need it anymore after I have written down my classes and teachers and locations already so it doesn’t hinder me that much but boy is it annoying.

I use to love this app, it was very helpful my first semester because it had everything I needed in one place. Ever since I re-downloaded it, it will not stop crashing and it’s very frustrating.

This app worked great for college and I used it every day last semester and now that school is starting up again I’ve tried logging in and deleting and restarting the app and it wont log me in. I know I’m using the right login because I contacted the IT person at my school. Extremely upsetting I can’t use it. Wouldn’t recommend anymore.

Every time I try to open anything other than services (like the dining menu), the app crashes. I can’t access anything else, and it’s incredibly frustrating.

So I’ve tried giving this app a couple of runs, none of them have ended well. You either try to preform a task to see something on here, and it crashes, or you try to log in, and you guessed it, it crashes. The developers seem like they don’t give two cares how poorly it’s designed. Made to be helpful to students, is the exact opposite. 

Honestly, if it actually worked it’d be GREAT. Sad to see such a good idea go to waste.

You have to login EVERY TIME you go to something and half the time it doesn’t even let you login. Can’t access your classes, announcements, or grades. It’s not formatted to fit your screen even if you turn your phone sideways. This app need serious attention from its developers. It looks and feels like you just gave up halfway through making it.

Unlike other reviewers, I can open the app without it crashing and connect to WiFi (which apparently is a bonus), but it has none of my school data.  I’ve tried logging out and in multiple times to verify it’s my account, but I have no class schedule info, no grades info, nothing. Everything is blank. The only thing I can do is connect to my email.

Like many other people in these reviews, have been told by the log in page that my password is incorrect when in fact the login page is incorrect. I know my password triple checked the user and password to make sure there were no errors, yet it still tells me I’m wrong and I can’t log in.

This app has so many helpful features, but unfortunately it’s rare that it will actually work and allow you access to them! The app either crashes or simply does not allow you to sign in most of the time. This has been a well-known issue for the past 4 years I have been in college using the app.

The app is overall really convenient. There is just one thing i have notice wrong so far. When you are in the course description page and select the directions to the class option the app completely closes. Can you please fix? Thank you. Ill change the rating once the problem is fixed

Based solely on my experience with this app, it is one of the worst that I have used. I am not able to log in to see my grades or schedule because the bar to type my user name and password in are not there. If this app were easier to use and I was able to log in and actually see my grades/schedule, I would like it a bit more.

I should’ve read the reviews prior to downloading because I am having the same issue almost every person who has wrote a review pad. I can’t login. It always says can’t find enough data, even on a 5G network or connected to Wi-Fi. The app tells you any issues with logging in contact your school‘s IT help desk but it has nothing to do with my school, it’s the app itself!!! really wish it would work because it says that it keeps everything you need all in one place, it would be extremely useful

As soon as you open the app and go to the side bar to try and open something it will just crash. I am in able to see my classes or my grades and this is the only mobile option my school has to see those items. Very frustrating please fix this!

The app won’t even let me sign in. Says poor network reception. I have tried on both WI-FI and without. Both times says the same thing. I’ve tried resetting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Still nothing.

This app is trash. It worked until I had to do a mandatory password reset through my college. Everything stopped working after that, I’ve tried redownloading and that didn’t work. Would be nice to see my grades, if only the company had half a brain cell to make their app function correctly.

I logged into is with my school email and it logged itself out after a day for no reason. Now it won’t let me access the app. It says to login with the same credentials as my school email but when I do that, it says incorrect password. I’ve tried resetting the password, re-downloading the app, different usernames; none I of it works.

I got this app so I wouldn’t have to use my internet browser to get to my school sites on the go. It worked once, the first time I connected to my school and signed in. Ever since then, it refuses to log in, either telling me there’s not enough of a data connection even if I’m connected to WiFi, or just infinitely putting me on a loading screen after I hit “sign in”. It takes less time for me to open my internet browser, manually find the Ellucian website through my school’s website or google, log in through there, find what I need, and log out. And the app will still be loading. I was hopeful and kept it around for a few weeks, thinking maybe an update would fix it, but this is an absolutely useless app and I have now deleted it.

Talk about not putting ANY effort into quality control at all. I mean it’s almost comical. The app consistently crashes but in those rare instances it doesn’t another frustrating difficulty is sure to arise. From random crashes, to the absolute slowest loading time for any app on the market, Ellucian Go’s got it all. Congratulations on developing such a lousy app.

I have had this app only a few weeks. I signed in twice the first week. Now it won’t even give me the box to put my student ID in to sign in. Seems sort of pointless to have if you can’t even utilize it. It may take a few extra steps going online, but I can at least get into my student information.

1. You can’t click on any links or else the app immediately crashes. 
2. Want to check your email? Be prepared to restart your app multiple times just to log in!
3. So buggy!! It’s so difficult to do anything and by the time you’re LUCKY enough to log in, the easiest and simplest thing you can do is send an email. Ridiculous.

Unfathomably awful. With school being inherently difficult to start you’d think they would try to make at least one aspect easy. Someone needs to come up with something better because this app is hated by students and professors alike.

This app was recently recommended to me by another friend attending UT at Chattanooga, and it has alleviated so much stress about going to college! It pretty much just links you to all the sites, but it makes it work SO MUCH BETTER on mobile than through Safari or your typical Internet app. I can view the schedule for the semester, he was showing me you can view your OWN schedule personally AND see how much time you have between your classes, etc. LOVE IT!

I like it. Based on reading other reviews maybe options are different in the university you are in.  In my case it lets me see the academic calendar, upcoming classmates, classes,  professors, picture of my schedule and so forth.

So far so good. I just use my thumb print to log on. Super fast, I have yet to see any bugs or crashes . In fairness I haven't explored every option yet . So far so good.

It’s a good app, don’t get me wrong. It provides valuable information in a very organized scheme. From grades to my schedule, so far it seems good (this is my first semester using the app). My main issue is I have to keep logging in every time the app closes and sometimes the app doesn’t even need to close. This is especially annoying given my school’s strict password requirement to access our accounts. Having to type a 10+ character password just to look at my schedule or grades or whatever causes some inconveniences. 

If the reason we are not able to stayed logged in relates to security issues, then may I suggest implementing the ability to login to the app using Apple’s face ID.

This app would get 4 stars if D2L was integrated into the app with a user friendly interface. I would without a doubt give it 5 stars if it also included the emailing option to classmates, professors, etc. and implemented the use of a bookstore link directly to the school, so you can order supplies or even look up the required reading for a particular subject it’s would also be great if it had a assignment tab to view material uploaded by you instructor ,professor etc. Overall it gets the job done the way it is but could use a couple of improvements.... just saying!
