The only thing this app does is to allow you to setup a wifi link to the OBD device to prove it is working if it is intended to do more then it has failed.

Doesn’t give you any proper instructions on what this app actually does.

No matter what I try I simply cannot get the OBD2 apps to connect to the ELM 327 scanner.

If u could give this no stars that is what I’d do.

The app is real hard to load. There is no way to ask the developer a question. Very poor design.

The wifi connection is good, but the app does nothing. I tried using it on an 02 and an 08 but I get nothing at all on the app and the service engine light has appeared with known codes on both vehicles, so at this time it has proven to be worthless.

Guys,  this is a TERMINAL app.  You can type commands to the obd2 wifi interface and the data is printed back.  It is a tool for engineers and developers not end users

Hilfreiche App, funktioniert einwandfrei. Wünsche mir noch frei belegbare Funktionstasten, damit man beim Fahren nicht so viel Tippen muss. Auch ein Speichern einer Session wäre schön. Danke an den Entwickler!

Helpful app, works perfect. My wish: Editable function keys for easy input of ELM commands during driving.  Option: Saving a session would be nice. Thanks to the developer!

Allowed me to disable the seat belt and backup beeps on my Prius without having to pay $40 ODB fusion or Carista premium upgrades.

My dongle seems to connect ok with my iPhone but doesn’t communicate with the car (ECU). I’m finding this app useful to troubleshoot the BUS INIT: ...ERROR response after sending “01 00”.

The instructions under help menu are cryptic; here are more details to get it to work and communicate with your OBD dongle:
- Go to the Settings App, select the dongle’s WIFI.
- Select the blue i icon
- Change the “Configue IP” from “Automatic” to “Manual”
- Change “IP Address” & “Subnet Mask” to what is listed in the App’s Help section.
- Check you are connected to dongle’s WIFI
- Send AT commands via the app.
- ex: send “ATZ” and you should back a response 

After many commands are sent, the screen doesn’t refresh correctly and remains blank.  Swiping or tapping on it restores it.
