So i had a delivery guy pretty much stake out my house and send me threats via text for a couple of days, all because i complained about a late order! He literally texted me that he was going to bring people to wait for me outside my house!!!!! When i contacted elmenus they didn't even help at all. They told me they contacted the delivery and asked him to stop!!!! Thats it!!!!!! I had problems with the app for a while and in general their customer care and support is very poor and sometimes they dont even answer chats. But i never once ordered from an app and had the experience come down to violence. And at the end of the day the solution at elmenus wasn’t even to fire the guy, it was just to ask him to stop. He could be delivering an order right now. ### 1/5 — Be Careful!!!!!!! *2025-05-30* Be careful of their delivery drivers, i just had one try to barge into my home over a small dispute!!!! Thats not even the issue, the bigger issue is that elmenus customer care didnt even try to help!! As the guy was shouting and screaming causing a scene, and waiting outside my apartment building, their customer care didnt even try to calm the situation down, and they wouldnt let me speak to a supervisor to report the incident. The customer service called and said the will send a voucher as an apology and I never received anything.
