The problem with this app is that when he presses buttons on the phone, he either holds his finger on the screen or he presses the button multiple times. In this app, the call button and the end call button are in the same exact spot - so when my son uses the app, he calls and then immediately ends the call, making him unable to talk to Elmo at all without my help. After a few seconds of Elmo talking, I heard a sexually explicit sound (like moaning) over Elmo’s voice. I thought I was overthinking it questioning myself. I then heard it again... I called Apple Support. They were very empathetic with the situation and were also shocked. Unfortunately, they cannot do much because they are a third party. They documented what occurred and are escalating. Elmo looks so funny in them because his mouth is wide open. 🎤😂 The Sing with Elmo icon is my favorite because Elmo looks like he’s singing as loud as he can. The Special Visits icon is funny too because it looks like Elmo is going on a summer vacation with his goggles and yellow outfit. 🕶️☀️ I also noticed that Elmo has his mouth open in lots of the pack icons, which always makes me laugh.
