My son can’t even play the app now because of the icon and there is no way to make it go away unless you upgrade or buy other games. Terrible. Do better! ### 3/5 — 2 year old *2022-05-13* My 2 year old really enjoys all of the options in this app, including drawing, videos and games, and I love that she gets to learn while she’s playing, but I’m disappointed that I cannot get the make your own card feature to work. Every time I try, it freezes and I have to restart the app. ### 2/5 — Poor quality *2022-03-24, version 3.9* Loved the 123 app, but the quality of this app doesn’t seem up to the same standard. It’s slow to load and laggy. When switching between apps, the sound often cuts out, which requires a restart. The menus aren’t intuitive and the buttons are confusing. Also doesn’t appear to have the same level of content as the 123 app, but maybe I just can’t find it. ### 2/5 — Tracing is terrible, UI needs updated *2021-08-11, version 3.8.2* Tracing is awful and nigh impossible for kids. Drawing mini game uses a small fraction of the screen and nearly unusable on iPhone. The location of the bottom buttons in landscape interferes with the global swipe up menu which results in constantly closing it accidentally. Most of the video clips are quite old (like from the 80s/90s) but still enjoyable. The songs are very good but only a few are included. ### 2/5 — Tracing is not working *2020-12-27, version 3.8.2* The app is cute. However , the tracing of the letters does not work. You have to color in the letters instead of trace. Then it takes another swipe to get to the next page. Not sure if it's worth the 4.99. Pleas fix. ### 2/5 — Loved it until they added the ad in bottom right corner! *2020-12-15, version 3.8.2* I am paying for the full app. Why have an attractive looking ad for my toddler to tap every 5 seconds?! I close out. It’s still there, she taps it again! Over and over and over. Please don’t have ads on the activity screen when I’m paying for the app! ### 2/5 — Remove New Pop Up *2020-10-25, version 3.8.2* The spinning pop up that covers the letter “z” is distracting and counter-productive to learning. When save the coloring, the color was saved as the upside down to the background. ### 3/5 — Tracing letters with finger *2020-07-22, version 3.8.2* The tracing the letters with finger function is really hard for my 2 year old because it wants every section filled in. It takes me a couple time of tracing the letter myself to get it to move on. So my 2 year old gets frustrated. We purchased the other one offered as well (Elmo’s 123) tracing numbers works fine BUT not this one. SOOOOOOO frustrating to explain to a toddler, ummm wait you can’t....... Particularly. for me the “Cookie starts with C” song does this best and I love the addition of that song into the game and appreciate it very much. I also think that from an educational standpoint children will learn their ABC’s while doing so in a fun and interactive way. Great job with this game. My one year old son laughs and smiles at Elmo, and enjoys the videos the most. The cards are a fun idea too! My oldest helps my son draw the letters, and on his own he colors the pictures and does the “hide and seek” feature (drawing on the screen to reveal the letter pictures) 5/5!
