It says installed but it won't let me actually USE them in iMessages.

Edit....simple fix. Love them!!!!

If that is still the case, please open up the iMessage App Store and you will see three tabs at the top of the main screen. Tap on the "Manage" tab then tap on the specific sticker app to switch it on. You should now have access to the stickers. We hope this has been helpful! - Sesame Workshop Apps Team
