Leider klappte der Download nicht. Statt Elmo Sticker habe ich nur einen Platzhalter für 0,99€! Schade!

It seems that I always have to go to the Apple Store to open the app and use it. Please let me know if there is an additional step that I may have missed.

Great stickers to play with! It’s worth paying for.
@LouiseLeahy please send me a message so I can send you my screen record on what to do. I have no problems when I paid & downloaded these stickers.

It says installed but it won't let me actually USE them in iMessages.

Edit....simple fix. Love them!!!!

**Developer response:** Hello, We are sorry you are not able to use your Elmo Stickers. If that is still the case, please open up the iMessage App Store and you will see three tabs at the top of the main screen. Tap on the "Manage" tab then tap on the specific sticker app to switch it on. You should now have access to the stickers. We hope this has been helpful! - Sesame Workshop Apps Team
