Complaint Complaints can be raised to service provider in case of any interruption of electricity supply or maintenance required and tracked until its closed Power Off/On If the user leaves the house/ flat for a long duration then they can switch of the meter which disconnects all the electrical load within the house. Who does that in 2020?! They send low balance alert to my mobile phone.. why can’t the app use that to authenticate me?! I had to switch off night mode to see anything on the app. The UX is terrible. I don’t get a push notification when power source changes from DG to Grid. I can’t set up high usage alerts. I can’t compare usage between months, or with same month in previous year. I can’t get usage within a given day. There’s an issue tracker in there that nobody looks at if you log an issue. There’s so much the developers could’ve easily added but they’ve struggled to deliver the basics.
