Even something as basic as paying an electricity bill turns into an hours-long ordeal. Half the time the app simply doesn't work, and when it does, it sometimes displays someone else's personal details after login. That is an outrageous breach of privacy and raises serious concerns about how user data is being handled. Almost nothing in this app functions reliably. It's slow, buggy, and fundamentally broken. A service that people depend on for essential payments should not be this incompetent. This app isn't just poorly designed; it's a complete failure. I no enquired from our society office n came to know that login format has been changed n it again worked fine with new format of login details until day before yesterday when I again could not log in.
