From the moment I downloaded it, I encountered a barrage of issues. Firstly, the app incessantly prompts me to log in every time I open it, which is incredibly inconvenient. Moreover, it seems plagued by an abundance of bugs and server problems. Whether it's crashing unexpectedly or displaying cryptic server errors, using this app has been a test of my patience. No wonder about the worst rating in the appstores. It is high time that you actually fix all these problems. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2023-08-22* This app is just pure nuisance. Societies use this app for electricity bill. The app doesn’t update the recharge. And consequently the balance is negative it cuts off the Power supply. Moreover, this app doesn’t even send a notification for balance approaching near zero. Once the balance is cut, the society has to do a manual override. a premium society with around 3000 flats. And power cut due to this bug and people working from home. And then manually each flat is overridden. This Causes hardship to people. It takes 10 hrs to restore all the electricity.
