I swear using AI for every little thing was giving me actual brain rot. I couldnt focus, remember basic stuff, or think through a problem without immediately asking ChatGPT.

Been doing my daily games on Elo instead of scrolling and I honestly feel a bit sharper again. Nothing life changing overnight, but I’m remembering things faster and actually sticking with stuff when it takes some thought.
