If I payed for a service, why am I not able to enjoy all its features without reaching out to customer service to “reset”. The real-time gps tracker needs to be fixed. ### 2/5 — Car will be gone *2024-07-07, version 2.15.7* It’s not very accurate…Notifications are extremely delayed and apparently my car has been on the highway in the same spot for a day even after refreshing it multiple times ### 1/5 — App barely tracks car after 2+ years of use *2024-04-04, version 2.15.7* When I first got my car in 2021, ELO worked just fine and it was a useful tool. I have renewed my subscription every year since. I renewed my subscription a few weeks ago and the app won’t show my car’s correct location. It’ll show a location point from days prior and refuse to update. I contacted support, and the tracking worked for exactly one day and now is back to not working. The first few months of having the app was great! Over the last 1.5 months it has gotten very irritating. It will not update the status of where my car has been, how fast it’s going and it won’t even alert me when it’s moving until minutes later. I loved the app at first but now I wish I could get rid of it. I do not recommend this app at all. ### 1/5 — Is this in beta? *2024-01-08, version 2.15.7* Unfortunately HAD to get this when getting a new car, I saw it in the total and told them I didn’t want it but they kept insisting that it comes with the car and cannot take it off. So I let it be but turns out it comes with the car but you are paying for the activation!!! Wish they explained that better and wish I got to see the reviews before too. Has good intentions but too many LATE notifications!!! I’ll occasionally run my errands in the day then be home by 6pm to wake up to a notification at 10pm or later that my car has triggered a movement alert!! Only to find it’s still outside my house or that if it shows it’s currently on the move that it’s from an old route I used earlier in the day. So frustrating and wasn’t worth the cost ### 1/5 — Not Good *2023-11-22, version 2.15.7* This GPS is not good at all. It suppose to alert me everytime I leave or return home. Thats not the case! I get every alert about half an hour later.l sometimes an hour. Someone could be stealing my vehicle and I wouldnt know until its long gone probably in another state. I will remove it once the subscription is up. 1. Delayed warning on movement. 2. Fake movement alerts. 3. It’s only a Tracker. You can buy a tracker for 20 dollars that does a better job. Bad customer service, contacted the company via their website and no response. ### 1/5 — I almost got fired cause of these app *2023-07-19, version 2.15.7* Recently they had put these devices on all the cars from my work i was driving 65 to 80 mph and it gave and alert to my managers that i was going 137mph of course they didnt believe me the only thing that saved me that i had a witness that said i wasnt going that fast ### 1/5 — Waste of Hard Earned Money *2023-07-14, version 2.15.7* The ELO App notifies me commonly 30 minutes or more after the vehicle has been moved. I am 2 years in to having the App and if bugs are not corrected and the whole point of having immediate notifications of my Skat Pack moving was the main reason of purchase, may as well cancel the service. Just like everything nowadays, once they get your money, they don’t give a crap about the service! Dealer stated that there was no way to buy the vehicle without paying for the service that I did not want, or need. Now looking at the reviews for the tech solution I am even more disappointed. As a consumer this should be an optional service to sign up for. I renewed the subscription in December 2024. I kept checking the app thinking it was an error on my end. The app didnt work until February after I called in. Sloan blamed me for not calling in earlier. She was condescending and rude!! Her supervisor Jackie was not any better!! I replaced my phone, and now it doesn’t recognize my account. Asks me to sign in to someone’s email that I have no idea who it is. I deleted the app, although I still had 4 years left on the subscription. People get new phones every day, so not sure why I would have this issue in 2025. I mean 12-15 hours delayed. Refreshing the app does help. Sometimes it notifies me that the car was moved when it wasn’t. Waist of money ### 1/5 — Now what I expected *2024-08-12, version 2.15.8* As many on here, car purchase came with the ELO gps. Sounded like a great took to keep track of my kid when driving and knowing where she is at. App works 20% of the time and not very good when it is working. Notifications come in 3-6hrs late and half the time it shows the location at home when it’s clearly not. App needs help. Renewal is coming up at the end of the year, I’ll be better off with an Apple AirTag. ### 1/5 — Save your money *2024-06-23, version 2.15.7* Worthless app. Location it shows is not the least bit accurate. Off by at least 1 mile. Does not show movement. If vehicle gets stolen, you’re screwed. I will ever be located. Kudos to the developer - you pulled off one of the largest screw jobs. If they were an ethical company they would do the right thing and fix the product. Absolutely worthless. Majority of reviews here indicate same issue. I get alerts when my kid arrives and leaves school. I can make Seevice appointments on the app and they will help me find my car in case it’s stolen. Oh and the best part was the insurance discount I received for having the technology installed. ### 5/5 — Great Product and Recommended *2021-04-12, version 2.11.28* I have this unit installed on my truck. My son drives it every once in a while so the geo fence, GPS, and speed alerts are fantastic for a parent. Check engine light triggered last week and it was good to know what was going on before it went to the shop. Added piece of mind and happy to report the shop didn’t take advantage of the situation. The app never gave a warning. The last time the battery died, the app gave a notification after the jump start. The app isn’t giving current updates. It says last report two days ago.
