Considering how important an app it is for apprentices trying to do log cards it’s pathetic. Crashes constantly, always saves cards offline even know you’ve got net. Had to come here to rant because the app crashed every time I tried to hit the ‘report issue’ button, irony have at it ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever tried to use. *2020-09-30, version 2.21* Hands down the worst app in the history of smart phones. Bad apps aren’t a big deal but the fact it’s some what integral to thousands of apprentices around the country makes it even more pathetic. Wish I could give it a -5 stars. ### 1/5 — Worst ap on the store. *2020-09-28, version 2.21* Constantly crashes. Always tells you your offline whether your connected to wifi or not. Best thing is when you call up for support and they treat you like an idiot. Super confusing. Every time there’s a crash or a bug and I email “tech support” I don’t get a response. You’re better off doing it online instead of this trash app. Ps. This is the first time I have ever in my life felt it necessary to leave a review. ### 1/5 — Absolute load of rubbish *2020-07-06, version 2.21* Firstly the idea of this is stupid... the point that getting your trade is determined by doing a log book that has more one star reviews than a success story’s.... I’ve lost over 6 months of cards after completing due to them not uploading with perfect wifi and 4G... Someone seriously needs to fix this. Whoever designed this should be shot!!!! ### 1/5 — To the clown running this app. *2020-07-05, version 2.21* This app crashes as soon as you submit a card and I haven’t been sent a new card since 20th of February ### 1/5 — Doesn’t even work *2020-04-08, version 2.20* The card won’t submit to the internet and they continue to say use a laptop but will ignore if I ask them if the app will be fixed, 9 weeks of cards I’ve tried to submit and they say that I’ll have to re do all of them on a laptop, called they’re office and they were rude, they’re an absolute useless waste of time ### 1/5 — Bad! This app has been absolutely useless since the day I downloaded it 4 years ago. If you had an excuse, it ran out a LONG time ago. This is the only option for many of us trying to complete our apprenticeships and you’re making it so much harder than it needs to be. ### 1/5 — Not uploading *2020-02-23, version 2.19* Terrible app dose not upload cards to server, waste of time ### 1/5 — If I was as bad at my job as this app, I’d be unemployed. *2020-02-21, version 2.19* 6 months of filling this out, wasted, due to a ‘glitch’, which no notification of there being one. ### 1/5 — Too time consuming *2020-02-07, version 2.19* App has a few bugs when selecting supervisors, and is way too complicated and time consuming. Horrible layout, 0 app support & they don’t even update it, constantly crashes, poor quality on any phone newer than an iphone 11. Honestly very disappointing for something that’s mandatory in order to complete an apprenticeship. ### 1/5 — No improvement *2023-12-31, version 2.21.01* When I did my first apprenticeship that was completed in 2012 the system was about ticking boxes & not actually teaching the skills required. It was a hassle on paper but at least you only had to fill a card out once & it would be processed even if slow. Now I’m doing my 2nd apprenticeship in 2023 the only change is it’s digital. Still cumbersome, focusing on box ticking than actually reporting & zero accountability for bosses or the TAFE or Government Departments. ### 1/5 — If there was lower then 1 star, I’d give it *2022-10-19, version 2.21.01* This app is terrible. I’d put up with the clunkiness of use if the app actually uploaded the cards I’d submitted. I complete a whole card only for the app to crash on submission and the card to not be uploaded with no option to retry. This makes it extremely difficult to keep up with profiling as I don’t always have a computer on hand. FIX THE APP! ### 1/5 — Unfit for use *2022-09-23, version 2.21.01* This app is so badly designed and full of faults it should be removed from the App Store. If you are starting your apprenticeship use the Webb page not the app. ### 1/5 — Horrible to use *2022-02-21, version 2.21.01* App crashed. Lost all my cards. Hardly ever downloaded cards. Would never actually submit cards. All apprentices just use paper. How this hasn’t been fixed after 2 years is ridiculous. It is a compulsory requirement to fill out these cards as part of our apprenticeship but this makes it impossible. ### 1/5 — Worst app in store *2021-07-22, version 2.21.01* Terrible app Seeing as this is vital for people’s careers to actually complete and get a license it’s a absolute joke that the Australia government doesn’t do more to police these lazy scum of the earth workers at eprofiling . It’s like these bone headed muppets got a government contract and then took a decade vacation and left no one to actually run the software properly . Bug reports don’t help . No answer to emails . Basically the most unprofessional company . ### 1/5 — Painful organisation *2021-02-18, version 2.21.01* The app sometimes does not load and you can lose cards quite easily if they have not been submitted. Staff at eProfiling are reachable but most of the time provide conflicting advice to the TAFE & RTO teachers. A lot of TAFE teachers do not want to sign students off who are on eProfiling and don’t seem to be supportive of the app. Skills data takes way to long to accumulate in comparison to Skills Tracker. If possible, transfer to Skills Tracker. . ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Periodically delete and reinstall App *2020-04-12, version 2.20* Have had issues with cards not downloading or cards not updating as they should. Have found deleting and reinstalling the app before using fixes these issues. App is definitely quicker to enter logs than PC when it works. ### 4/5 — Great App, easy to use. *2017-07-05* As the title says, except it needs an update as I can only view my 'unsubmitted' and 'pending approval' cards. The 'View All Card' section does not work and I can not view previously submitted cards. ### 3/5 — Apprentice *2021-05-08, version 2.21.01* The platform is not very user friendly, mobile friendly and outdated. I find I am constantly clicking on the question mark information box rather than ticking the box I need to select. Whilst this system goes into more depth than Skills-Tracker it does not give an option to attatch photos. There is deffinantely room for improvement and it has the potential to be the better choice but as it stands I would prefer to use skills tracker ### 2/5 — Upset user *2020-01-24, version 2.19* Cannot report issue since last update, the app keeps crashing. Also cannot upload cards since update they only save in offline mode and keeps saying it will upload once connected to the internet, though it’s connected already?
