The assistance button takes u to a Chinese website that won’t load. So it’s made my dash cam useless cause I can’t see any clips. It sends you directly to the phone settings for ELook. You select the ELook settings on the phone and go back to ELook and it sends you back to your ELook phone settings in a constant loop. I have deleted the app and both WiFi and BT settings and started the setup process again only to get caught in the connect to WiFi loop again. Tried a different phone with the same outcome.
