After that I was informed of their decision to refuse service. Even though I provided every thing requested. Will not use or recommend. ### 5/5 — Practical. Great cars. Excellent service. ### 5/5 — Much better than traditional car rental *2022-07-16, version 4.1* I used ELOOP on a recent trip to Vienna, and it was a fantastic experience. Not only did I drive a better car than I would have gotten from a traditional car rental company, but I got it at a much better price. The support team was immediately responsive, and signing up was easy, even with a foreign drivers license. With the free use of Tesla superchargers, I even went on a road trip to Salzburg, and had no trouble at all finding traps charging both on route and at the destination. Finally, departing from the airport was no problem, as I easily found street parking near Wien Mitte where I could end my trip and then take the CAT to the airport.
