## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Microphone

*2026-03-10*

It keeps showing an error
I was not able to even talk on the microphone

### 1/5 — Worst app ever!

*2026-01-31*

The practice test gives me an error message, the learning path gives me an error message when I try to do the practice prompt. The learning path is a joke! Tells you one very generic thing about speech and that’s it once you read it you passed that part! SO STUPID!!!

### 1/5 — Not working

*2025-12-02*

This app isn’t working, it keeps saying,
The service could not process the request. Please try again later.
I keep trying the following day but to no avail it’s still not working.

### 1/5 — Error message in chapter 2, unit 3

*2025-09-08*

Shortly after starting my lessons there is an error when you open the quiz for the topic of ‘Consiste meaning’ and it won’t continue or let you report the issue. I can’t go on using the app. Also when you first download the app it explains how it works and you are supposed to hit the button but it doesn’t work unless you close out of the app a couple times.

### 3/5 — Need to check error level 2 unit 3

*2025-06-25*

The error happened when I reach level 2 unit 3

### 5/5 — Needs Custom Prompts

*2025-07-26*

I absolutely love this app! It’s an incredible tool for learning how to speak more eloquently. The feedback is on point—quick, accurate, and incredibly helpful. It doesn’t just listen; it analyzes what you say with impressive speed and precision, giving you detailed insights into how you can improve.

One feature I really appreciate is how it breaks down your conversation by topic, helping you see where you might be too vague, too fast, too slow, or using too many filler words. It even evaluates whether your message is too concise or missing key details.

My only suggestion would be to include customizable prompts. Not all of them apply to everyone’s daily conversations or GOALs, so a feature to tailor prompts to your life or profession would make it even better.

Still, it’s an outstanding app overall. Highly recommended if you’re serious about refining your communication skills!

### 5/5 — Data missing for a quiz

*2025-05-01*

On the learning path for Unit 3 : Precise language. The quiz for Concise meaning wouldn’t work. It said “Error: Quiz data missing for this lesson.” Overall it’s a pretty great app even if it has this error.

**Developer response:** Hi, Thanks so much for your feedback. Our goal is to provide the best communication app to really help people improve in all aspects of their communication. Please try deleting and and reinstalling the app and this should go away. With all your data stored on device sometime new updates of the app can cause errors when retrieving your progress and associated lesson data. :)

### 5/5 — Works Great!
