I have been a frequent flyer for many many years, but ever since Woman Within took over, I have experienced nothing but problems. The shipping is ridiculous. It takes weeks to get your order. When I got my confirmation email for my order and saw that it was still showing up incorrectly, I called customer service and they told me that there was nothing that they can do about it, even though the order hasn’t shipped yet. See a cute garment, put it in your shopping cart, add another, go check your shopping cart. Error message (Oops!). Guys - plus size fashion industry has enough challenges without non-functional apps. Eloquii senior leadership - Hear me now. Stop hiring your friends (or enemies?) and go get a real app developer. Today. This disaster is killing your sales and alienating your customers. ### 1/5 — Do NOT download. Broke my phone *2025-10-11, version 2.51* Do NOT download this app. I just downloaded it and opened the app. It got stuck on a pop-up asking to allow notifications. You could not get past the pop-up regardless of what you do. It then got stuck on my home screen and I had to reset my phone to clear it. This app is trash ### 1/5 — What is the point of this app again? *2025-09-24* The glitchiest shopping app I’ve ever encountered- a few years ago it worked just fine, but ever since Eloquii got bought out now there is always something wrong with this app. It doesn’t save the items I favorite, and I get an error message every time I try to add something to my cart. I guess on the bright side, this has saved me from making impulsive purchases! (Or any purchases at all, really.) ### 1/5 — Worthless. *2025-09-12, version 2.50* The app no longer tracks my purchases which means it has no history of all of the money I’ve spent and therefore don’t receive any “points” towards future purchases. According to my account I haven’t purchased anything since 2023 so the last TWO YEARS of money spent towards my rewards account has been for nothing. ### 1/5 — Broken app that they’ve made ZERO attempt to fix *2025-07-25* For going on a year now I’ve not been able to see or track my most recent orders. I’ve had to resort to literally chatting on their website (because they have never answered any email I’ve ever sent them) to receive the order and tracking number. What on earth is the point of the dumb app if it can’t do the bare minimum? Do yourself a favor, switch to ASOS, their app has been pristine for years. ### 1/5 — Cannot access the cart *2025-07-21, version 2.46* I love, love,love the clothes from Eloquii. However, recently the app only slows me to view the clothes. I continue to receive an error message when trying to add items to the cart or even open the cart. It just isn’t working.
