The Risk Assessment Scale for the Development of Injuries Resulting from Surgical Positioning (ELPO) assists health professionals in patient care, avoiding the development of complications inherent to the risks of the patient positioning in surgical situations.

The Elpo App aims to bring the filling of the Elpo Scale with information to Prevent Injuries in a practical, fast, didactic and visual way.

The Patient Evaluation is through the selection of Elpo Scale items, that is more visually and easily using the system present in the application.

At the end of filling, it presents the Elpo Score of the patient's current position and also the Recommendation of care that can be performed to reduce the risk of injury in the patient.
