Ik krijg steeds de melding dat mijn wachtwoord of email adres niet klopt terwijl ik zeker ben dat dit wel klopt. Als de app hier al op blokkeert dan stopt het voor mij. Jammer van het geld dat ik er voor betaald heb maar er zijn zeker en vast betere systemen te vinden die wel werken.

Sinds 2 weken ineens problemen met connectie tussen k1 en rookmelders. Software update heeft niet geholpen.

Applicatie kan niet meer opgestart worden, crasht sinds laatste update. Tijdens de nacht zijn alarmen zonder reden afgegaan, sindsdien niet meer bruikbaar.

Große Teile der App sind schlecht oder garnicht aus dem Niederländischen übersetzt. Datenschutzerklärung ausschließlich niederländisch.

Zelden zo een slechte app gezien. Niets klopt. Geen logica. Geen helpfunctie. Papieren handleiding K1 Connector stemt niet overeen. Als de toestellen even onbetrouwbaar zijn dan zijn deze rookmelders onbruikbaar.

Nach dem neusten Update auf 1.21, werden die Geräte nicht mehr als Online angezeigt. Somit auch kein Batteriestatus usw. alle Geräte sind Grau hinterlegt.

Sie reagieren dennoch auf Befehle und senden das Signal inkl. Meldung zuverlässig an die App.

Weiterhin ist die Bildschirm-Ansicht noch immer nicht an das iPhone X angepasst. Hier fehlt z.B. im oberen Bereich die Status-Bedeutungs-Ansicht unter Geräte.

Ansonsten bin ich jedoch weiterhin zufrieden mit Elro, seinen Geräten und dem Kundenservice!

Man kann die Rauchmelder zwar miteinander verbinden aber sobald sie mit dem Connector/App verbunden sind ist die Verbindung zueinander aufgehoben! Und es ertönt nur einer der Rauchmelder und der Connector aber nicht alle!
Außerdem bekomme ich keine Benachrichtigung sobald einer auslöst, nur wenn die App geöffnet ist erscheint eine Meldung.
