Connected to video doorbell or surveillance camera through WiFi, ELRO Intercom lets you watch your home on iPhone or iPad easily.

By connecting ELRO Intercom to your Wi-Fi network, you can receive the instant call or alarm when the doorbell is pressed or motion detection is triggered. When you answer the call or view the alarm on iPhone or iPad, you can see, hear and talk with the visitor.

Bonjour,

Je vous contacte concernant l’interphone ELRO que j’ai acheté sur Amazon.
Depuis quelques jours, je ne reçois plus aucune alerte sur mon iPhone lorsque quelqu’un sonne à la porte, sauf si l’application est ouverte en premier plan.

Cela fonctionnait parfaitement auparavant, mais le système a cessé de fonctionner soudainement. J’ai tenté de tout réinitialiser, réinstaller l’application, vérifier les autorisations… rien ne fonctionne.

J’ai laissé un avis pour signaler le problème à d’autres clients, mais je le retirerai dès que le souci sera résolu.

L’application fonctionnait bien et était plutôt réactive en étant connecté à distance mais depuis la mise à jour iOS 17.1 vers 17.3 je ne reçois plus aucune alerte ni notification sur mon iPhone (pourtant toutes les autorisations sont données et le mode fonctionnement en arrière plan aussi) du coup les visiteurs et les livreurs s’en vont. Inutilisable à distance depuis cette mise à jour, l’application ne s’active plus en arrière plan, cela fonctionne uniquement si on reste connecté avec l’application active ce qui est impossible toute la journée. Merci aux développeurs de résoudre le problème…

Also an sich wenn alles funktionieren würde wie es soll,wäre das System wirklich gut aber ich muss alle 2 Tage die App neu herunter laden alles neu einstellen,mich an melden usw… jetzt seit ein paar Tagen geht garnichts mehr,egal was ich mache das System wird von der App nicht gefunden! Katastrophe

Bonjour depuis la mise à jour en version 2 j’ai perdu la notification de sonnerie sur mon portable sur Apple (mais sa fonctionne sur Samsung)quand quelqu’un sonne au portail (avant cette mise jour sa fonctionnait bien). Je n’est plus accès aux réglages avancés
Je reviens pour signaler que le problème sur Apple a été résolu avec une nouvelle mise jour et je rajoute des étoiles
