### 1/5 — Viel zu Langsam, kaum vernünftige Funktionen

Nachdem ich die App jetzt knapp 3 Jahre in Verbindung mit dem Mini Safe von Eltako betreibe, muss ich sagen: Das muss besser werden!
Der Verbindungsaufbau dauert mindestens 2 Minuten. 
Das hinzufügen von Aktoren und Sensoren ist sehr mühselig und die Funktionalitäten sind dürftig. Man kann Szenen anlegen, die zu einer bestimmten Zeit etwas bestimmtes tun, das war’s für mich, wahrscheinlich kann man Temperatur- und Lichtabhängig noch mehr rauskitzeln, aber dafür muss die Sensorik erweitert werden. 
Ich würde mir zum Beispiel wünschen, mit einer Art digitalem Wischer-Kontakt Beleuchtung nur für ein paar Minuten einzuschalten, oder Wenn-Dann Funktionen. 
Alles in allem stelle ich mir unter Gebäudeautomatisation mehr vor.

Das ist das schlechteste System überhaupt!!! Ich ärgere mich ständig darüber. Bis die App geladen hat hab ich alle Rolläden manuell gesteuert!!! Mehr als 1 Minute- eine Frechheit, falls es mal überhaupt funktioniert…

Haben Sie überhaupt Interesse daran zufriedene Nutzer zu haben, die das System weiterempfehlen? Warum kann nur eine Person gelegentlich die App verwenden, ein zweites einloggen ist möglich, aber sinnlos…

Warum schaffen alle anderen Anbieter verlässliche Appa anzubieten? Vielleicht mal darüber nachdenken was schief läuft. Ressourcen zu knapp, zu schlecht ausgebildet oder geschult? 

Der 1 Stern ist nur weil man keine Minus Sterne vergeben kann.

App schließt sich nach wenigen Sekunden von selber. Rollladen-Status stimmt nicht mit dem tatsächlichen Status überein. Alles in allem nicht nutzbar.

Beim Öffnen der App sind die Ladezeiten enorm. Ich muss teilweise eine Minute warten bevor ich die App nutzen kann.
Die Anbindung an Amazon Alexa funktioniert nur sporadisch. Oft ist das Gerät laut Alexa nicht erreichbar obwohl es über die App steuerbar ist. 
Das letzte Update ist mittlerweile auch über ein Jahr her. 
Hier gibt es noch einiges an Verbesserungspotenzial.

Leidiges Thema:
Man kann die Dimmaktoren nur mit der Dimmfunktion aktivieren. Bedeutet ein einfaches an aus ist nicht möglich. 

Des Weiteren stimmen die Prozentzahlen der Jalousieaktoren überhaupt nicht. 

Wieso synchronisiert die App nicht selber durchgehend im Hintergrund. Ärgerlich wenn man immer erst oben rechts auf den Button klicken muss und die Ladezeit enorm ist.

Fällt immer wieder aus. Sehr ärgerlich. Service ist langsam, Zeitumstellung funktioniert eher zufällig. Bedienung ist wenig intuitiv und sehr kompliziert.
