Con elTaxi tienes la opción de solicitar tu taxi oficial a PRECIO CERRADO y conocer el importe del trayecto de antemano y sin sorpresas, o si lo prefieres también de forma convencional (tarifa taxímetro).

elTaxi es la forma más rápida y directa de pedir un taxi. Con tan sólo 2 clicks podrás solicitar el taxi disponible más cercano para llegar a dónde desees, reduciendo así el tiempo de espera.

- Puedes solicitar tu taxi oficial a PRECIO CERRADO, de forma segura y sin sorpresas, sin aplicación de tarifas dinámicas y a precio regulado por la entidad metropolitana del transporte de tu ciudad (IMT). Lo que ves es lo que pagarás por el trayecto.

- Con la tarifa "PRECIO CERRADO" el sistema puede proponer una dirección de destino alternativa que esté a unos pocos metros de la dirección de destino solicitada. La dirección de destino propuesta permite realizar una ruta más optimizada, de esta forma el servicio es considerablemente más económico.

- También puedes solicitar tu taxi de forma convencional y pagar el precio que indica el taxímetro a la finalización del trayecto.

He reservado un taxi con un día de antelación y Justo en el momento que estaba esperando al taxi y ya pasado de la hora que lo reserve me llama el taxista para decirme que no llega porque le han asignado la reserva 10 minutos antes. Si no llega a ser por el taxista que me ha llamado para decírmelo y disculparse yo pierdo el tren y a mi nadie me devuelve el dinero y menos mal que no pague el servicio por adelantado si no ya, apaga y vamonos! El taxista cuando me ha llamado ha sido muy amable y me ha pedido mil disculpas, pero la empresa el servicio lo gestionan muy pero que muy mal.
