## Most critical reviews (2 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Really Buggy

*2023-05-25, version 4.10.2*

Can receive and respond to messages, but cannot start a new conversation. The “Start Conversation” button disappears when I add the new phone#. Also, message queue doesn’t size properly to my device screen. App needs help!

### 1/5 — App does not work

*2023-01-17, version 4.10.2*

This app does not work at all. Don’t let them sell you this as a feature.
