The app is very helpful in most areas, but if you want to open a document within the app, such as a music chart, it opens up a browser outside of the app and forces you login again (including 2FA). At this point the app locks up and you have to restart it to be able to use it again. Please fix this, it is so frustrating and makes it almost unusable!

Although I have ‘remember me’ option selected, my app is effectively often logged out with none of the functions or options appearing. I have to officially log out & then log in again, sometimes having to reset my password to do so. Many others are having the save ‘reset password’ problem to be able to get access. Given the last update was 9 months ago, I don’t know why this has started being a problem particularly in the last 2 months. Emails aren’t always coming through on the first reset password attempt either. (Again, multiple people in my sphere have this issue). 
When the app works, it’s great. But when people can’t log in, it defeats the purpose of having the ability to organise swaps and have a one stop shop for knowing what’s happening on any given service. People revert to manual/verbal swaps and it makes leaders lives challenging! Please help fix the problem.

This app is so hard to navigate. I want to create a new team spot underneath a sub team category. I can’t figure it out for the life of me. There needs to be group, subgroup and the individual positions under that. You should be able to take it as far as you want to create the hierarchy structure you need.

The recent update has made the music side of the app very challenging to use. As well as the pop up windows on a small screen being impractical it frequently takes you to a browser, defeating the point of the app in the first place.

Not a fan of the most recent update at all! Makes the app almost unusable… dialogue boxes popping up within the app instead of opening as a page. No close out feature on the dialogue box to be able to go back to a previous page. Song charts opening in an external app (requiring another sign in) instead of within the elvanto app (making it unable to stick to a Sunday set list without switching between apps…)

Don’t fix what’s not broken… 🙃

I find this app really great. I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. It previously had limited functionality however this has been resolved in the newer versions and it does everything I could need! I am an admin user and find it incredibly helpful to have all admin function in the app. There are occasional quirks in the UI however these are minor and don’t cause issues for me. As an admin user I deal with a lot of people that have trouble with the app, in most cases this is user error and they just need a bit of help. Occasionally there will be a genuine bug however this isn’t unusual with this type of platform and can be forgiven considering how useful/time saving the app is. Tech support has been very helpful for me in the past with quick responses and transparent information.

The app basically is just a browser tab but an app. Extremely unhelpful, and lacks accessible features that are available on desktop that are used as “hacks” and “work arounds” because of issues with how Elvanto as a whole works. Would not recommend at all

Trouble from the start with getting logged in and staying logged in.  Password reset never works and needed to involve customer support.  Even with their help, took multiple emails back and forth before problem was resolved.  On a plus note, customer support exists though I could never just speak to someone.

This app features quite a bit of functionality if you find it. However the UI looks a bit old.

But one perhaps easy feature request: please allow elvanto urls to be sent to the app, or please tell me how I can male that happen.

Please keep developing the platform and app. Tons is there, just needs some fixup.
