## What is Elvo?

ELVO connects long-term goals to the commitments you make today.
Build flexible habits for real life: daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or on the days you choose. Log with one tap, quick adjustments, a slider, or an exact value. Rest days and individual skips keep your record honest without turning recovery into failure.

See consistency, streaks, weekly recaps, goal metrics and the habits supporting each outcome. Optionally connect compatible habits to Apple Health.

Create a private accountability group, share selected progress, encourage people with kudos and comments, and take on a group challenge. Raw habits, reflections and private photos stay private.

Export your data whenever you want and permanently delete your account in the app.
