## What is Elvo Support?

Elvo is the customer service desk built for Icelandic businesses.

The app puts your company's shared inbox in your pocket. Every conversation your customers start, by email, on your website's chat, on Facebook or Instagram, on WhatsApp or over the phone, lands in one place, where your team reads, assigns and answers it together.

WHAT THE APP DOES

• Notifications that reach you away from your desk, for the conversations you're responsible for
• The full inbox: read, reply, assign, tag and resolve from your phone
• AI-drafted replies in real Icelandic, ready for your review. Nothing is sent on its own
• Internal notes and team chat alongside the customer conversation
• A badge that agrees with the bell: the app icon shows what actually needs you

BUILT FOR ICELAND

Elvo's AI agents answer in natural Icelandic (and any other language your customers write in), and the product connects to the systems Icelandic companies actually run, including DK, Payday and Abler.

AN ELVO ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED

Elvo is a tool for support teams, sold to businesses. You sign in with the account your workplace set up; there is nothing to buy in the app. If your company doesn't use Elvo yet, book a demo at elvo.is.
