## What is Elyra?

Tired of juggling one app for your workouts, another for your calories, and a third for your progress?

Elyra brings it all together: training, nutrition and progress in a single app. Built for people who actually train, not for Instagram coaches.

I built Elyra alone, because I was sick of paying for three subscriptions and switching between three apps. Elyra is the app I always wanted and never found.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH ELYRA:

- Track your workouts: exercises, sets, reps, weights, rest times
- Log your nutrition: calories and macros, with food photo recognition
- See your progress: weight, volume and strength charts that actually mean something
- Get started in 2 minutes with ready-to-use workout templates
- Follow your live session on the Dynamic Island (Live Activity)
- Share your workouts and follow your friends (Strava-style community)
- Sync with Apple Health

Guest mode, offline sync, workout reminders: it's all there.

Built solo, improved every week based on your feedback.
