It’s been almost 4 months. ### 1/5 — Issues *2021-09-28, version 4.2* I like the idea of that app since it makes paying rent more convenient, but the app keeps logging me out and every time I try to log back in it keeps saying they can’t find me by phone number or email. This has happened to me twice now. I tried putting in more information after requesting help, and apparently it takes 1-2 business days just to get a verification code…I’ve never heard of that before where it takes 1-2 days to get that. ### 1/5 — Never again *2020-07-21, version 3.18.10* I was able to use the app for a period of time and then upon changing my number on file with the office AND on the online profile, I was never able to log in again. Recently I was logged out for some reason. Now, I can’t log in. It tries to create an account and send me the code. Every time I enter the code it says it does not match.
