As an SSHO this app could be super useful in the field. But navigating through the pages is a chore. When you reach the end of a section the app prompts you to use the arrows below to go to the next section. There are no arrows. So, you have to go back to the table of contents, scroll down until you find the next section, then open it up. How hard is it just to program in pages that you can just swipe through the pages.

The app used to be functional and very helpful. Yet, upon a recent update, the app has become useless. You can no longer access forms, figures, definitions, some of the appendices, etc.

Horrible app. I downloaded the app but it does not work.  As someone already mentioned, it keeps flashing like it opened, however, it does not come on.  In other words, it flashes but then goes back to the home screen on your device.  This would be a great resource but right it is not.  Can you fix it??

I thought it was my iPhone, so i tried the iPad and same thing.  The app flashes a splash screen and the closes.  Not running at all. Is NAVFAC interested in fixing this?  For what I hear, it was a great tool when it worked.

Never even got to the bad navigation part, the app never opened for me. Disappointing as this would be an worth while app for anyone doing construction on a government project. I seriously hope the app builders fix it.
