I am unable to access my dashboard. It crashes every time. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-05-20, version 5.27* When I first used this app back in 2020 and 2021, I had no trouble accessing audio resources. Now when I do I’m presented with a blank screen. I have to close the app and reopen, though it doesn’t matter since no on demand content I access appears to show for me. I even logged out and back in thinking something about my account/access needed to be reset. Sadly having downloaded it three times, whenever I have sought the app functionality e.g. the dashboard button it completely crashes the app. Time for a well overdue bug fix?? ### 1/5 — Emlife stresses me out *2023-09-30, version 5.23* This app is too glitchy. My employer offers a monetary reward for using it daily, but every time I try to log in my blood pressure goes up. The app regularly kicks me out after I have logged in. I have signed up for a live class and the app says it's waiting for the host to begin but it never begins. The host asks participants to type in the chat but the chat doesn't appear on my phone. ### 5/5 — Live courses with live people *2022-07-21, version 5.10* I’ve been using Emindful’s eM Life App for over a year and I still learn something new from every live course I sign up for. I enjoy having a trainer/guide/instructor on live sessions demonstrating and talking me through new & different exercises. Everyone I have virtually met so far have been very sincere and helpful. It’s great to log on to be met by positive people when there’s so much negativity elsewhere. ### 1/5 — WebEx links don’t work *2022-07-03, version 5.9* EM Life as part of cognizant doesn’t resolve the WebEx links with single sign on since there is no WebEx on companies approved list.
