The idea behind this is great.  Being able to log procedures carried out in the ED in almost real time will help keep portfolios up to date.

I’ve given a lower rating as the choice of procedures is very limited-no chest drains, no central lines, etc etc.  Needs the procedure list expanding hugely or make it a free text box to help it work better for EM trainees

**Developer response:** Thanks for trying the app! The feature you want is actually already there. When you are choosing the procedure from the list, notice the button in the top-left of the input. This toggles keyboard mode. Enter whatever you want. Once you hit save on the log entry, that procedure will forever be part of the list you can choose from in the future.

Can we customise the content inside the headings? And, can you not make it all fields mandatory?
