There needs to be a notification when the is ZERO power production. Unreliable because on several occasions in the past 10 days I check the app and there is NO DATA. I contact Support and they see all the data. When I check again data is there. Again now I check and there is no data displayed. Totally unreliable as far as I’m concerned. ### 2/5 — Buggy UI with Dynamic Energy *2026-05-30, version 8.14.11* Mostly works if you just want the status of production of your system/panels. Dynamic Energy settings and feature are a mess though for me with updates not seeming to work, phantom settings persisting (and turning off your system when it should be producing and costing you money). Customer Service is semi responsive but ultimately no solution to the problem yet after 6 weeks of back and forth. I can’t recommend the system or the app at this point. ### 4/5 — It works *2026-05-01, version 8.14.11* I use this app to managed my solar system at home. Bitte Update ### 2/5 — Help *2026-02-01, version 8.14.9* I had my panels for three years. What do each of the different screens mean. Need to be clearer and not make me guess. ### 2/5 — Not user friendly *2026-01-31, version 8.14.9* Every time you open the app you have to change the settings, it won’t follow your phone settings or retain the last settings you used. It doesn’t display any information on the Data page until you open the page, select the type of information you want to see and select OK, even if it’s already set the way you want it, you have to re-select it. The data is always at least 10-15 minutes behind, there’s no real time data like other companies have. The zoom feature for the data is way too sensitive and can’t be controlled to see the range you want. ### 3/5 — Crashes and unavailable *2026-01-12, version 8.14.9* Sadly, the app is offline regularly, forcing me to the website for information. There is no ability to update your user ID. It was misspelled by installing team and they can’t edit to spell my name correctly. The application spends as much time off line as on line. I added an extra Mesh unit to my WiFi in case that was the issue. So fundamentally the data produced is incomplete and therefore a waste of time. ### 3/5 — Data reset! *2025-12-12, version 8.14.9* Every time the firmware for the PCS gets updated in the EMA Manager app, the Environmental Protection Benefit data (electricity produced, electricity consumed, CO2 reduction) gets reset to zero. What the hell? I’ve come to expect that every once in a while, I’ll lose my historical data from the app. No idea why this needs to be the case, as I can still see the data from previous days by swiping back through them. The app is reasonably okay to use with solar and battery, but I’d hardly say it’s seamless. ### 4/5 — Some small tweaks, but delivers primary purpose *2025-12-11, version 8.14.9* App is over all good. Shows accurate data for production and equipment state & warranty. Presents the data in an easy to understand manner, and is generally attractive. Things that would make it better: No preservation of settings. E.g. I have to set night mode manually every time I go in. It won’t lock and it won’t sync with the phone’s setting. On the data page I can see total production daily average, but there is no way for me to see for specific period. It does display production by daily totals or by month, but no easy to presence daily average over a period. Overall, satisfied with the app. Delivers its core functionality in a pleasing presentation package. ### 4/5 — Mode nuit *2025-12-10* Le mode nuit ne reste plus actif après la fermeture de l’application. Nur wenn man sich lokal via AP anmeldet, gibt es alle 5 Minuten den aktuellen Wert. Because of this i stopped logging in for several months recently. I then logged in to find out that I had been offline since a power outage last December! So i had zero data for power generation since then. 😡THEN when I discovered that 1/3 of my system wasnt generating power for who knows how long!! 🤬 Then I realize that there is no way to set up text or email notifications for something goes wrong with the system! Who the H#LL designed this software?? Was this a high school computer class project?? ### 1/5 — Current Data completely inaccurate *2026-06-23, version 8.14.11* While historical data appears okay after a couple of days the current data in Home Screen and in data charts is completely inaccurate. It seems to stop utilizing any data set after 7 am although the historical data seems to capture all the current data. So basically useless for current info. ### 1/5 — Wifi indisponible sur ECU-C *2026-04-29, version 8.14.11* Depuis les dernières MAJ de l’app et surtout de l’ECU-C, impossible de configurer le wifi sur cette dernière: pas de possibilité d’entrer le wifi de la box internet, plus de ECU-WIFI_XXXX local proposé. La box internet est loin du tableau électrique hors j’ai besoin que l’ECU-C soit près du tableau électrique pour y connecter mes CT et faire du contrôle d’injection. Ça eu marché avant, maintenant ça ne marche plus. Tant que ce n’est pas résolu, je n’installerai plus d’APS chez mes clients. Dommage ### 1/5 — Problème mode jour/nuit *2026-03-21, version 8.14.11* Impossible de lire les données en mode jour il faut passer en mode nuit. Tant mieux c’est le meilleur mode. Le problème c’est qu’à chaque redémarrage de l’application on repasse en mode jour. Il serait temps de faire quelque chose ### 1/5 — App does not remember settings *2026-03-18, version 8.14.11* The app does not remember to stay in dark mode when I fully close the app. After I set the dark mode everything looks OK. I expect it to reopen it dark mode until changed, but when I close and reopen it the bottom part (menu) stays in dark mode, but the upper part is in bright mode. This is unexpected behavior. ### 1/5 — App won’t open on my IPad. *2026-03-13, version 8.14.10* I see there was an update 2 weeks ago and that’s when it quit working. You can set it up, it switches to dark mode, but when you close the app and open again, it is back to white mode - which is really hard to view. I’ve tried multiple times and it just won’t log in. I’m able to log in on my desktop browser but when I use the same login credentials in the app, I get this behaviour. I love that I can see my CO2 reduction! ### 5/5 — ECU-C mit QT2 *2025-12-30, version 8.14.9* Habe mir Zeit genommen und viele Rezensionen mal durchlesen. Im großen und Ganzen habe ich soweit keine Probleme weder mit der ECU noch mit denn Wechselrichter. Es kamm schon mal vor das ECU keine Date gesendet hat. Nach einem reset war wieder alles OK. Spiele mit dem Gedanken die Anlage um einen ELT-12k zu erweitern und Viktron rauszuschmeißen. Ich finde das flexible System praktisch. Es ist immer erweiterbar. Zwischen durch gabs mal in der App eine Abbildung mit einem Haus was ich persönlich besser fand.
