When I started it, the device was locked to the previous owner’s account. I returned it but they never cancelled the leasing of the device!! I’ve been waiting for 5 days for an answer by email because there’s no other way to contact support! It’s an absolute scam! I would not recommend! ### 1/5 — Worst online shop *2024-12-13, version 3.33.4* This shop shouldn’t operate. If you created a request, you don’t have on option to make changes. Even for the support you have to wait in the queue. Seriously? ### 1/5 — Cannot pay at the courier with card *2024-12-05, version 3.33.4* One of the biggest online retailers in the country but when you order things and you go to pick them up at Speedy, and they let you know its cash only. However, the company “Sameday” they are using recently is just awful. Almost everytime I get something delivered by Sameday there is an issue. The delivery company is extremely unhelpful, incompetent and the projected times for delivery are never matched. I recently had a bad experience from Emag’s Black Friday deals and there was no connection to the courier, delivery got postponed two times and I only got an sms saying “delivery unsuccessful”. I am fully aware this is not directly Emag’s fault, but the choice for delivery company is indeed Emag’s. I would NEVER choose Sameday if I had the option to choose delivery method and I would gladly pay more for a quality delivery service by one of the established providers. What a shame! ### 2/5 — App is great but I don't want to see marketplace sellers *2024-11-17, version 3.33.4* App experience is great but I NEVEr buy items that are sold from other than EMAG since I had multiple bad experiences with their marketplace sellers. Please add option in the user profile to exclude these type of offers from search results. I currently have to add filter to every search I make and sometimes it still offers me products that are not sold by EMAG in my results even if I select "Offered by" Emag. I dont want to see products that are sold by other marketplace sellers - only emag! ### 1/5 — Very bad client support *2024-07-23, version 3.30* I’m very disappointed with the client support service. I was trying to reach them several times.
