However, the company “Sameday” they are using recently is just awful. Almost everytime I get something delivered by Sameday there is an issue. The delivery company is extremely unhelpful, incompetent and the projected times for delivery are never matched. I recently had a bad experience from Emag’s Black Friday deals and there was no connection to the courier, delivery got postponed two times and I only got an sms saying “delivery unsuccessful”. I am fully aware this is not directly Emag’s fault, but the choice for delivery company is indeed Emag’s. I would NEVER choose Sameday if I had the option to choose delivery method and I would gladly pay more for a quality delivery service by one of the established providers. What a shame! ### 2/5 — App is great but I don't want to see marketplace sellers *2024-11-17, version 3.33.4* App experience is great but I NEVEr buy items that are sold from other than EMAG since I had multiple bad experiences with their marketplace sellers. Please add option in the user profile to exclude these type of offers from search results. I currently have to add filter to every search I make and sometimes it still offers me products that are not sold by EMAG in my results even if I select "Offered by" Emag. I dont want to see products that are sold by other marketplace sellers - only emag! ### 4/5 — Cool app *2023-12-30, version 3.24.3* Overall very good and user friendly app. What would make it 5* in my opinion would be Apple & Google pay as possibilities when checking out. ### 2/5 — Good product but useless fees *2023-07-07, version 3.21.3* The program is great. I am able to find a lot of good products. My problem is with the lack of delivery options. They also now charge a flat fee above your order and delivery fees if you want to pay by cash. I want to use the application in landscape mode on my iPad and it is impossible. When I started it, the device was locked to the previous owner’s account. I returned it but they never cancelled the leasing of the device!! I’ve been waiting for 5 days for an answer by email because there’s no other way to contact support! It’s an absolute scam! Even for the support you have to wait in the queue. Seriously? ### 1/5 — Cannot pay at the courier with card *2024-12-05, version 3.33.4* One of the biggest online retailers in the country but when you order things and you go to pick them up at Speedy, and they let you know its cash only. I was trying to reach them several times. After finally waiting for 25 minutes to contact the person in the chat I wrote what is the issue, nobody replied to me and chat was closed. ### 1/5 — Long waiting time *2023-02-21, version 3.16.1* Second order in a row which took more than 2 weeks to be sent to me, even though they called like an hour after I ordered it for confirmation. I spoke with a girl from the call center and she was very rude, didn’t even let me finish what I was saying. Hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation. The preview screenshots clearly show landscape mode for iPad, yet the app does not and forces portrait mode. Stupid on iPad 12.9 with MagicKeyboard. I would give 0 star if it were possible to the app itself. Otherwise, the EMAG store is fine. ### 1/5 — No landscape mode anymore *2022-11-07, version 3.15.2* After removing the landscape mode from Fashion Days iPad app, now they removed it from eMag app as well. The minute it happened I deleted it. This is the reason I stopped buying from Fashion Days. Dear genius uX developers, do you browse in vertical on your tablet?
