Won’t let me sign in. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work correctly *2025-11-01* I was unable to vote / enter contest. **Developer response:** Hi there. If you ever have any challenges or hit bugs during our early access the best bet is to join our discord (link is at emagineer.world) and one of the team or community will help you out. The last thing we are looking for with the free version of our app is for a user to be unable to vote and have a chance to win our weekly $1000 LEGO giveaway and to give us a one star rating. Good luck. ### 2/5 — Not ready for even pre-release *2025-12-14* The concept of the app is interesting; however the execution is poor. UI is clunky and looks unfinished, there are buttons with no text or icons so you don’t know what they do until you click on them. Other than the sweepstakes, I don’t see what this app does differently than any other LEGO inventory app. Small tip for the devs, the countdown timer on the sweepstakes page, use a proper time format with 00:00:00:00 so when the minutes and seconds are under ten you see 09 etc. not doing that looks makes the timer text “jumpy”, and like it was rushed and not tested internally. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. No-one has ever been able to generate a one of one LEGO set complete with parts list and 3D build instructions before. We can already do this in BrickHeadz form and we are just getting started. Imagine what this will be like once the UI is humming and the AI can build anything! ### 3/5 — Good I’m waiting for you to be great *2025-11-25* I love being able to see the sets I have and get an idea of sets I can build. There are a few things I would change. I added many sets and it says I have added 50 sets. When I add more, it still says 50- so something is off there. Also, would love for sets to have a star or something by them if you search them and have already added them to your sets. Otherwise you can only determine this my scrolling through all added sets. I also would like to not have so many of the sets I already have show up in the my Lego (what I want to build) section. Like it says 100% match- no duh I have the set so I have 100% of the pieces to build it. I like that there are many different filters available but sets you have should be a filter option for those who only want to build what they have or only want to figure out what other sets they can build with what they already have. Also, I like the options for different themes so you can add a lot of sets if you have many of the theme or look for sets you want to build in the theme. But the botanical theme is not working on my app. No sets show up and I have tried many many times. Also, many themes are not there. I assume the developers are continuously adding. Another thing, I have a lot of old sets. Many do not come up when searched on the app. I would love for them to continue to update to include more sets so that I can add them all and determine more sets I can build. **Developer response:** Thanks so much for joining emagineer during early access and for such a detailed explanation of ideas and how we can be better. I love this app and I love checking in especially when they had weekly drawings. And go figure. I actually won once. I ended up getting the $1000 gift card to Lego, which was amazing. I used it to buy the Titanic, which I probably would not have bought by myself if it wasn’t for this app. Well worth the premium membership. **Developer response:** Thanks so much for joining emagineer early and becoming a Pioneer. Stay awesome! ### 5/5 — Great customer service! *2026-01-26* For some reason the app wouldn’t let me in, like it didn’t recognize my password AND no matter how many times I tried to get a reset link, it don’t work. Turns out they had to do something on there end to get the link working. Was all taken care of in matter of days. The app is great for keeping track of sets and creating new ones.
