Cannot even look at the magazine and does not fit the screen ### 1/5 — No offline access *2022-04-15, version 1.8* Thinking about reading a magazine you subscribe to on a plane… not on this app. No way to continue where you left off, your magazine will always start at the beginning. On the plus side, the images are high quality. Back button does not work so you will need to close the app to go back. ### 1/5 — Too simple/basic. Needs so much improvement. *2021-02-17, version 1.4* (1) NO overview for each copy. U always have to start from beginning if you closed that copy before. (2) U don’t know which page you are reading. U can NOT jump to certain page. (3) SOME pages have more so U can scroll down for more. SOME pages can’t scroll down because no more contents. There are NO arrows or any other indications to show you if this page you just turn has MORE or not. U have to TRY to scroll down EVERY PAGE yourself to find out. It is very inconvenient. (4) You have to start from the very first page if the app restarted. No thumbnails, no bookmarks. Who remembers which page I was reading before the app was shutdown (may accidentally swiped up)? It takes so much time to go through all pages to where you were. This is a VERY BASIC app designed without users in mind. ### 2/5 — Horrible Experience *2021-08-27, version 1.6* If you compare this app with others to read magazines the user experience is really awful and annoying. The magazines don’t fill the screen, and to read them is very annoying. Some pages you must scroll to sides/horizontally, and the articles you must scroll on vertical way. You feel in a carrousel. I paid for a magazine for a year, but after this year, I’ll check to read this magazine in other App. The app need to improve a lot the features and the user experience to keep me in it. If you want to read a magazine in one sitting while connected, good. However, if want to download for disconnected reading or if you stop and come back, good luck. The service staff responded quickly, even helped me with an additional request I had that I didn’t think would be possible, and then was able to combine what my wife and I had separately. Very pleased. Only reason it isn’t a 5-star is the original IT issue...but all the follow up was 5-star!
