The subject field and the title field get swapped each time you edit a template. It results in a lot of excess trouble in using the app. This is a stupid bug and could easily be fixed. I use it all the time with my small business as a gardener. I have many customers whom I have to SMS for access to their properties and other such things like reminding them that their account is overdue - or even apologising for being delayed etc. Life's too short to be always tapping out these messages. Really glad that they updated it recently!
