Every time I have tried to use this app, to compose an email, it immediately crashes. ### 2/5 — Email issues *2019-12-30* When I use the webmail direction and type in the recipient details and send it doesn’t go anywhere, and I don’t like using the mail app. ### 1/5 — Disgusted with reliability *2017-03-19, version 2.5.5* Why am I banging my head against a stone wall over and over??? How many times have I taken the time to write out a long letter, only to have it disappear when I try to mail it from this site. Poof, and it's gone out into space somewhere, unable to be retrieved. I PAID for this site because the stationery was so pretty....the reliability IS NOT!!!!! I thought I haven't used it since then so I'll give it another try but I was careful not to compose any important emails and what happened? It vanished as I was about to enter the recipients address!! I was so angry this app still even exists to rip off people, mine is a paid version; I tried to find support to write to and there is absolutely no support at all. I can understand why, they know why too, they'd be getting flooded with angry emails daily!! ### 1/5 — Suddenly stopped functioning *2016-01-31* When I sign in now, I get blank screen with the loading symbol spinning. Tried to use it last night and no matter how many times I tapped on Write Message , the keyboard did not appear. Pretty hard to send a nice email when you can't type. Tried downloading several times and although the backgrounds appear on screen when sending all you end up with is a long list of red computer gobblegook on your screen and the receipient doesn’t get the emails. It's designed mostly for children and women. It's hard to find background with a more masculine feel and impossible to find a background with a more straight forward business feel. It would be nice if the pro version gave you additional backgrounds. It does not. In fact the pro version locked up on me. J'espère qu'avec cette version payante le bug aura disparu. Et bien non !
