This app gets a lot right—clean interface, useful features, and a solid overall experience. But the inability to fully disable conversation threading is a dealbreaker for me. For users who prefer a flat inbox, threads make it difficult to scan emails and often require excessive scrolling just to reply. If there were a true option to turn off conversation view, this would be a home run.

I found that the app keeps crashing, although it has great functionality. It seems that it will have problems sending messages.

I’ll start by saying the desktop version is great and I have no issue with it. The app on the other hand is terrible. Very buggy, doesn’t update and just generally hard to use. I wrote into customer support and they told me they were aware of the bugs but there was nothing they could do.

Obviously this app has a “Pro” in app purchase (and it’s pretty expensive compared to other email apps on the App Store). But what does the “Pro” purchase include? What features do I get by purchasing “Pro”? 

Nowhere in the app description can I find what features are included with the in app purchase. I’m not going to continue using this app and adding more of my accounts to it as I know I’m going to get stuck one day missing out on features that I need. They don’t specify anywhere what features are included with a Pro purchase or what features in the App Store description are not included with the free version.

This app wasn’t made to help people with it  their email or organizing it. It was made to only make a profit off people. I tried the free trial I liked it but since my free trial ran out it will not let me use the app unless I pick a plan $24.99 a month to even see any emails. I am being prevented from using the app even with ads until I pay them money so I can use it. There is no free version with ads it is either you pay yearly or monthly to even be able to use the app: the only reason gave it 2 stars as during the trial I really enjoyed using it. Until it was done and now it prevents me from being able to use it even with ads. Totally wrong. Profit app nothing else. I will delete the app and use an email app that is not only profit driven but only see $$$$ not allowing anyone unless you pay them to use the app. Wish was different during the free trial I loved using it. Until I saw the true Color’s

I've been thinking of changing my email app just for the sake of changing things up. Came across Boomerang in an email from Apple recommending a variety of apps, checked it out and decided to try it. First thing I see when I open it? "Start your free trial..."

Yeah, I don't think so. Uninstalled immediately and I'm back looking for a free email app that's ACTUALLY free.
